Hi all,

Jilly and I have returned from apple and scallop land - did partake of one or two scallops I must confess.

God's country and if you have never been to Tassy - just go!

Met many existing customers and some wonderful new ones.

Towns like Deloraine where a wild platypus swam up to our feet and Cockle Creek as far south as you can drive

with giant pacific oysters off the rocks remain locked in our treasured memories.

Arthur River in the wild top west was 0.C and 110 klm winds, just a regular day there really :(

Worst part was 20' plus waves on the ferry night trip back - we both rolled out of bed - lol.

Have some wonderful new products coming in 2020 - an amazing new supplier

of our very popular ceramic draws - very proffesional and vibrant colours,

more devine Yatra products, a new bathroom set range and a few surprises.

Tulsi Cairns Sales Run

Jilly and I have just returned from our north Queensland sales run in the Tulsi caravan,

which looks like any other caravan on the road - lol!

We went as far north as the Daintree and Cairns, Mackay and Townsville are all doing well.

Magnetic Island was postcard perfect the day we caught the ferry out.

Our fav spot of the whole trip was Etty Bay near Innisfail where wild Cassowaries casually stroll by getting very close to people.

Was breath taking to see living dinosaur descendants walking only a few feet away.

We met many shop keepers on our 5,000 klm trip - Ixorra our new incense range is doing well for quite a few of them

along with the Organic Goodness range of incense,candles and diffusers.

A few are shutting up shop and retiring after many decades of being Tulsi customers

and we wish them many happy days in their twilight years.

Has been very busy @ the warehouse - Christine who is a big favourite with customers

pumps out the orders and the warehouse girls are madly picking and packing.

Soul Tree is continuing to grow and we are just about to release a sister website - Soul Tree Australia.

For all you Ayurvedic fans out there it is a dedicated site just for Soul Tree products.

Any product enquiries or sales get automatically transfered to the parent Tulsi site.

SPRING - best time of the year.
Had a heinz variety dog (we never knew exactly what was in her?) that came from flea markets in Gympie.
She cost $5 and lasted fifteen years.
The guy who sold her said she was from a litter of pups that were born at the start of Spring.
So Spring was her name.
Every time around this year I have fond thoughts of her as only the bond between man and dog over time can bring.
Whats new @ Tulsi for Spring?
Well we have our smudge kits up and running and they are selling well,
A brand new range of incense is on its way on board the ship HMS 'Curry in a Hurry' as I type.
My wife found it via a social media site, they sent us some samples and have to say we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality so we put in an order - watch our website for the arrival/release date.
Also our long awaited hand carved soap stone towers and jars are almost here as well.
Has been quite a few delays in India over the last 6 months trying to get goods out due to 5% gst being introduced by the Indian government. Lot of - Not happy Jan ! suppliers and port congestions,
throw in monsoon rains with flooding in Mumbai and its easy to see why the hold ups with shipping.
Never mind the world still turns and we are fortunate to have a large range of stock to carry us over until the next orders arrive.
To all our many customers - Xmas is not that far away and it might be a good time over the next few months to start stocking up and also looking at new products to give you a competitive edge againt some of the competition.
We are constantly updating and getting new items so stay tuned and talk with Chris our admin gal.
